Our Story
VG Compliance Partners was founded in late 2024 and became fully operational in early 2025. We are a Utah-based, family-run firm born from decades of combined experience in disability service provision and compliance management.
Our founder, Christiano Valdez, and our leadership team have walked the same path you walk every day. We have managed service programs, prepared for audits, trained staff, and navigated the complexities of DSPD requirements while trying to focus on what matters most: providing quality care.
We built VG Compliance Partners because we saw providers struggling with the same issues year after year: outdated templates, inconsistent policies, documentation systems that break down under audit pressure, and compliance advice that does not understand the reality of care delivery.

Christiano brings over a decade of experience in disability services and compliance management. Having served in multiple provider roles and navigated countless DSPD audits, he understands the practical challenges providers face in maintaining compliance while delivering quality care.
His vision for VG Compliance Partners emerged from seeing the same compliance problems repeated across Utah's provider community: systems that break down, documentation that does not scale, and audit preparation that creates more anxiety than confidence.
Under his leadership, VG has developed proprietary systems like VG Mainframe to bring automation and consistency to compliance documentation while maintaining the human expertise that providers need and deserve.
